There are three different methods you can use to make this easy vinaigrette. We find that a mixture of the hand whisking method and the mason jar method will give your vinaigrette the best emulsification.
Hand Whisking Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until homogenous.
- Transfer the vinaigrette to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Blender Method
- Pulse together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Once thoroughly combined, transfer the vinaigrette to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Mason Jar Method
- Place the red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in a mason jar.
- Tightly seal the jar and shake vigorously until the dressing is emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to use.
