recipe walk-through

Main Ingredients

  • Maple Bacon – Using a maple bacon adds sweetness to the recipe, but you can swap in regular bacon as well.
  • All Beef Hot Dogs – The ‘franks’ in the recipe! They will be browned in a pan with the onions before baking.
  • Worcestershire Sauce – This adds a tangy, savory, and umami flavor to recipes.
  • Liquid Smoke – A little bit goes a long way!
  • Canned Country Style Baked Beans – We used Bush’s Country Style Baked Beans and Nathan’s Famous hotdogs to develop this recipe.
