Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Once the air fryer is preheated, place bacon in a single layer in the basket of the airfryer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes for chewy bacon or 10-15 if you like your bacon for crispy bacon.
Remove bacon from the air fryer and serve.
Notes
How to Prevent Smoking
Lower temperature. The smoke point of bacon fat is between 375 and 400 degrees, so it’s best to air fry at 350 degrees to avoid smoking.
Some people put water in the bottom of their unit to prevent smoking. Consult with your manufacturer’s guide before trying this technique.
If you need to cook air fryer bacon in batches, make sure to wipe the inside of the unit clean after each batch.
