Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees. Prepare beans for air frying by rinsing and drying thoroughly. Snap or chop off ends.
In a large bowl, toss the green beans with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place in the basket of the preheated air fryer for 8 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook until fragrant. (About 2-3 minutes).
Remove the beans from the air fryer and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with the seasoned butter.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Storage: Leftover cooked green beans can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.Freezing: Not recommended. Fully cooked green beans will have a softer, watery texture when thawed.Reheating: You can reheat the leftovers in the air fryer for a few minutes until warmed. Or, in the microwave for 15-30 seconds.
