Ingredients
1 ½
pounds
russet potatoes
3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
2
teaspoons
Lawry’s seasoning salt
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 275 degrees.
Prepare potatoes for air frying by peeling and cutting into ½ inch cubes.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, seasoning salt and ground pepper.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 15 minutes, tossing once halfway through cooking.
Continue cooking until desired level of doneness is achieved.
Notes
Storage -
Leftover home fries can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Freezing -
While it's technically possible, I feel like the potatoes get soggy if you freezing them after they've been fried so I don't recommend it.
Reheating -
To crisp up the leftovers again, I like to reheat the home fries in the air fryer for about 5 minutes until warmed.
