Apple Magic Bars
Chopped apples are piled high on the perfect pretzel crust and topped with rich dark chocolate and pecans.

Ingredients

crushed gluten free pretzels
1 1/2
cup
crushed Honey Nut Chex
2
tablespoons
butter
melted
2
finely chopped Fiji apples
1/2
cup
chopped pecans
1/2
cup
dark chocolate chips
14
oz
sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Combine the crushed pretzels, cereal and butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
Top with apples, pecans, chocolate and lightly press down so the bars are firm.
Pour condensed milk over the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
I always line the pan with plenty of overhang so I can remove the entire baked bars for easier slicing.
