Ingredients

finely minced

fresh chopped chives
plus some for garnish

Kettle style potato chips or veggies for dipping
Instructions
Combine dip ingredients in a medium sized bowl, crumbling any larger pieces of blue cheese.
Pour into a serving bowl and top with minced chives and fresh cracked black pepper.
Serve with kettle style potato chips, crackers or veggie sticks.
