Ingredients
750
mL
bottle brut champagne
2
liters
ginger ale soda
60
ounce
bottle cranberry juice
3
limes
1
cup
frozen cranberries
Optional garnish: fresh rosemary and mint
Instructions
In a large, 2-gallon punch bowl, mix equal parts champagne, ginger soda and cranberry juice. Add more juice and soda to taste.
Add the juice of one lime and stir.
Top the punch with ice, remaining limes (sliced), frozen cranberries, rosemary and mint. Add more juice and soda for desired sweetness and flavor.
Notes
Sometimes, I serve this punch with just the ginger soda and cranberry juice and serve the champagne on the side for those who want to add it.
I also like to serve this with extra cranberry juice near the punch bowl so people can adjust the sweetness if desired.
Instead of a punch bowl, this recipe will fill 2 4-quart pitchers.
To keep the punch from getting too watered down, freeze a large block of ice, or small blocks of juice.
