Preheat your oven to the temperature on the tater tots package, usually 425℉ or 450℉.
Bake frozen tater tots according to their package directions. Once cooked, arrange tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
While the tater tots are cooking, cook the bacon. Fry in a skillet until the fat is rendered, then transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain off the excess grease.
Remove the tots from the oven and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and chopped bacon. Place back into the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream, diced tomato and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
