Homemade Garlic Butter
The best homemade garlic butter is easy to make with just 3 ingredients! Perfect for steak, seafood, potatoes, and of course garlic bread.

Ingredients

cup
butter
slightly softened

cloves of garlic
minced (about 2 1/2 tablespoons)
3
tablespoons
fresh minced parsley
1/2
teaspoon
salt
more or less to taste
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Combine butter and minced garlic in a food processor or mixer.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.
Notes
Out of fresh garlic? I definitely recommend fresh when you can, but you could also use a teaspoon of granulated garlic powder instead.
