Honey Butter
This is the best, easiest Honey Butter recipe! Only two ingredients are need to make this rich, sweet butter topping for breads, biscuits, muffins and more.

Ingredients

unsalted butter
2 cups/4 sticks, softened
⅓

honey
Pinch
of salt
to taste
Instructions
In a large metal bowl and with an electric mixer, beat butter and honey together until well combined and smooth.
Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge, and let sit out to soften when ready to use.
Spread on toast, rolls and more.
Notes
Variations:
1 tablespoon orange, lemon or lime zest
2 teaspoons cinnamon + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons apple or pumpkin pie spice
