Microwaved Scrambled Eggs in a mug is a great breakfast hack! In 2 minutes you can have a delicious breakfast that's faster and healthier than any drive thru!
Spray a microwave safe mug with nonstick cooking spray. Crack the egg into the mug and lightly scramble. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mug in the microwave and cover with a damp paper towel. Cook on high for 30-40 seconds. If there is still liquid in the mug, cook for an additional 5-10 seconds.
