Peach Salsa
Fresh Peach Salsa is a super simple appetizer with only 5 ingredients. Serve it as a dip with chips or on top of chicken, pork, or fish.

Ingredients

ripe peaches
diced

cup
chopped red onion
½
cup
chopped cilantro

Tablespoon
minced jalapeno
seeds removed, about one small jalapeno pepper

lime
juiced (about one Tablespoon)

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place the ripe peaches, red onion, cilantro and jalapeno. Toss to combine.
Distribute the lime juice and salt on top and gently toss one more time.
Serve with tortilla chips, or use on top of fish or chicken.

Yield: 3 cups salsa
