Optional: Salt to garnish rim, pineapple and lime for garnish
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Measure out each ingredient and add to the cocktail shaker.
Shake for 20-30 seconds.
Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice and serve. Garnish with a wheel of lime or a pineapple wedge.
Optional - Before filling, salt the rim of the glasses. Run a lime wedge along the rim to wet, them dip in margarita salt.
Notes
Pitcher Margaritas - You can make this recipe for a crowd by preparing in a pitcher. Just multiply by the drinks you need and increase the recipe accordingly. Mix in a large pitcher and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Do not add ice if preparing in advance.
Cubed Ice is best - crushed or nugget ice melts too fast in the cocktail and can water it down.
