Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Trim the ends off the broccolini and use a knife to slice any thick ends in half if needed.
In a large bowl, toss the prepared broccolini with olive oil and salt and pepper until fully coated.
Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
If desired, serve with fresh lemon.
Notes
You can prepare broccolini with any of your favorite seasonings for regular broccoli.Tossing in oil prevents the tips from drying out.Air Fryer: Prepare in air fryer by cooking for 10 minutes at 375 and checking in 3 minutes intervals for doneness.Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
