1poundthinly sliced turkeyor more for thicker sandwiches
1poundthicly sliced ham
6deli slices Cheddar cheese
1/2poundbaconcooked crisp
1/4cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
1/2cupbutter
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoondried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray an 11-inch rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small dish, combine the mayo and mustard. Set aside.
Using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a “slab” of tops and a “slab” of bottoms. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the baking sheet and spread with half of the mayo/mustard mixture.
Layer turkey and ham onto the rolls, all the way to the edges. Layer bacon over the meats, breaking to fit as needed. Layer Cheddar cheese.
Spread the remaining mayo/mustard mixture onto the top half of the rolls and place over the fillings.
Melt the butter in a medium microwave-safe dish and stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
Bake sliders for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are browned on top.
Cool slightly, then cut the sliders apart with a sharp knife to serve
Notes
For more flavor, try brushing the tops of the rolls with melted butter and adding everything bagel seasoning before baking.
Make Ahead - Cover sandwiches with plastic wrap and store them in the fridge until ready to serve.
Leftovers should be cooled to room temperature before storing. Wrap up in foil and place in a plastic bag. Enjoy leftovers cold, or heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until completely warmed through.
